Mark has 20 years experience in principal investing and corporate advisory. His roles have been with private equity, corporates, asset management and investment banking.

Mark has significant cross border experience in food & agribusiness, forestry, agtech, water and infrastructure in developed and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Wyuna Partners (previously part of Origin Capital Group), Mark held executive positions with international firms including Al Arabi Capital, Rabobank and BIL International. He has also worked with governments and multilateral funding agencies across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East for the sponsoring, developing and financing of major infrastructure and agribusiness projects.

Al Jaber Group’s (UAE) capital restructuring and asset sale program for its construction, airline, industrial property and Shangri La Hotels divisions.

Equity and debt funding of United Gulf Steel’s Saudi Arabian structural steel manufacturing operations.

Financing and structuring for ECC, the master developer of the King Abdullah Economic City development project (Saudi Arabia).

AMP’s divestment of Stanbroke Pastoral Company’s 12 million hectare land aggregation and cattle operations.

Funding and development of plantation forestry assets (Southeast Asia) and sale to Oji Paper of Japan.
