Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and divestments, restructurings, capital raisings, business valuations and public independent expert’s reports.

Caleena has worked across a wide range of industries, has significant expertise in financial and strategic analysis and valuation theory and application and has a broad understanding of Corporations Law, ASX Listing rules and ASIC requirements.

Prior to joining Wyuna Partners, Caleena held senior positions with Grant Samuel Group and Ernst & Young.
